Flexible LED Strip Light

Flexible LED strip light, also called LED flex light bar, LED flexible light strip or flexible LED light strip, is a type of SMD LED strip light. PI flexible printed circuit as its carrier, series-parallel circuit, highly bright LED light chips, fitting power supply and lighting controller are combined to create a magnificent light strip.

As the flexible printed circuit has good mechanical character, the flexible LED strip light can be easily bent to fix on uneven surface. Flexible LED strip lights have been widely applied in many aspects, such as billboards, bill lights, taillights, special clothing, handicrafts, and backlight of cellphones and signal induction. Reasonable design and welding methods help to decrease quality problems like no light, faint light and flashes, etc and at the time improve the stability of the flexible LED strip lights. Besides, the full function, high energy efficiency and low consumption of the LED chips and connecting methods between circuit boards have effectively helped to extend the controllable length of the strip light, thus creating colorful strip light.

According to varied colors of emitted light, flexible LED strip lights can be divided into color flexible LED strip light, color changing LED strip light, warm white flexible LED strip light, blue LED ribbon light, monochrome bright strip light, monochrome dim strip light, tricolor strip light and multiple colored strip light, etc.

There are many types of flexible LED strip lights with different dimensions, such as flexible LED strip lights of 500mm*14mm, 500mm*10mm, 500mm*8mm, 500mm*7mm, 500mm*6mm, 500mm*5mm, 300mm*8mm, 300mm*6mm, 248mm*5mm, 248mm*4mm and so on.

Flexible LED strip lights can be classified as waterproof flexible LED strip lights and non-waterproof flexible LED strip lights in terms of overall packaging.

By different surface treatment of circuit board, there are two types of flexible LED strip lights, i.e. OSP antioxidant flexible LED strip lights and immersion gold plating flexible LED strip lights.

According to other treatment of circuit board, there are photosensitive white oil flexible LED strip lights, thermosetting white oil flexible LED strip lights, photosensitive black oil flexible LED strip lights and thermosetting black oil flexible LED strip lights.

In terms of different working voltages, there are 12V strip flexible LED lights and 24V strip flexible LED lights.
